Hi Dr.Wong, Thank you for the call today. You explained the HRT patches I am using in understandable detail .You listened to all my issues and helped me to make a plan on moving forward. Dear Dr Wong, It was good to meet you yesterday to discuss my concerns. I thought you were welcoming and easy to talk to. I did not feel hurried and you asked me a range of questions and explained their relevance. You examined me and asked me to copy you to demonstrate my ability to do certain arm exercises which was a good way of doing this, it put me at my ease.
